MEET OUR STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS
Sue Hoyle: Manager and Secretary/Treasurer
Sue has worked as a volunteer for Ostomy Tasmania (previously Ileostomy and Colostomy Association of Tasmania) since 1984. Initially Sue held the position of treasurer and volunteered in the ostomy offices during her lunch breaks while she worked in full-time employment. Since retiring from the paid workforce in 1999, Sue has worked 3 days a week in a voluntary capacity for Ostomy Tasmania, managing the operation of the organisation and overseeing paid staff and other volunteers.

VOLUNTEERS
Our volunteers receive and warehouse stock, pick and pack orders and prepare parcels for distribution by Australia Post. Without their time, freely and cheerfully given, we would be unable to send out approximately 600 individual parcels each month. Our volunteers also assist with IT, database and website management. We are extremely grateful for the contribution they all make. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, and can commit to a regular time period on one or more of Monday, Tuesday or Thursday mornings, we would welcome you to contact Sue on the number at the top of this page.
