Notification service for eParcel delivery, and collects
Ostomy Tasmania use eParcel delivery with Australia Post. This does not alter the time parcels leave our office (ie. Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday). However, Australia Post now handles the notification service for orders requiring parcel delivery via mobile SMS. If you have a mobile (and/or email) and would like to be included please let us know and we will endeavour to add your details to the Australia Post eParcel notification service. NB: Once we upload the data to Australia Post eParcel online Ostomy Tasmania is not responsible for the efficiency or accuracy of this service.
MyPost app is also available for customers to set up an ongoing preference themselves (to have your parcel delivery left in a safe place) via their MyPost account. Previously Ostomy Tas members needed to advise us if they wanted parcels left somewhere at their premises, and we would give an ‘authority to leave’ at the time of dispatch, however now it is also possible for members to do this directly themselves via their account in MyPost.
If you have a query about this service, please contact Australia Post directly; however, if you need to change the contact details, you still need to let us know.
Ostomy Tasmania will continue to issue regular notification reminders for those who collect from our office each Friday.
