Medicare details now a prerequisite

Services Australia now requires us to disclose full Medicare Number details to join up new members (including the reference number located in front of your name on the card and the expiry date).

The Medicare reimbursement we receive for the monthly claim we make to cover the cost of purchasing products from suppliers can be refused if we do not have the most current details provided. Therefore, if your details have changed recently please ensure you include this information with your latest order to assist us in meeting this requirement. The same also applies to Concession Card holders (number and expiry date). Thank you for your assistance.
